Animal Ambassador Meet and Greet

Details: Join Lafarge and Earth Rangers at the Brookfield Cement Plant Community Open House for an Animal Ambassador Meet and Greet and a complimentary BBQ.

Guests will have an opportunity to meet some of the Earth Rangers Animal Ambassadors like Darius the Peregrine Falcon, Echo the Barn Owl, Linus the Harris Hawk and Crimson the Red Tegu.

Together for Clean Water

Details: To help improve the quality of water and life in and around the Humber River and Lake Ontario, Earth Rangers and the Toronto and Region Conservation are working together to host a community tree-planting and cleanup event to restore important Great Lakes habitat. We need your help to make a difference!

Other activities include:

*An Earth Rangers live animal show featuring some live Great Lake-dwelling creatures

Show Details:Check out our brand new Great Lakes show at the Royal Ontario Museum! In this multi-media presentation, we will take audiences to the beautiful rocky shores, beaches and forest of one of Canada’s most breathtaking natural wonders: the Great Lakes. Learn about what’s threatening these ecosystems with the help of our animal ambassadors, and how together we can help keep our Great Lakes clean and healthy.
